After ordering on December 1st I received it on the 2nd of January. In the picture you can see this package was labeled multiple times and as true I followed it on the app back and forth as it went across the country multiple times.

Not very impressive, just a flattened and smashed white box. “I know that’s on the USPS” I’m talking the plain white box with the plastic over it. Inside the toy had no protection such as plastic casing or bubble wrap. It cane inside a sandwich bag.

I sent multiple emails and I got an automated response at first. Once I asked for a refund the package was corse corrected back to LA after it had left La to Texas. It showed up a few days later. In addition I got a email simply saying once I received the item just send it back and they will refund me. I shouldn’t have to pester for a refund to get a response.

Wish I could leave a better review. I’m sending it back it’s not worth the price I’m sure you can find this in line at checkout in Tuesday Morning’s for a fraction of the price. It’s small and good colors, I think my vibrating part is disconnected or broken from the main machine. The handle vibrates but the top part hardly does. If I’m wrong then that’s a lower review.
